On November 9, 2019, International Firefighters Training Association President, Bret Russell attended the Southern California Sister Cities International Regional Meeting, where he presented a check to Marti Correa de Garcia of the Santa Barbara – Puerto Vallarta Sister City Committee.
Mayor Meeting October 2019
During a meeting at the city of Puerto Vallarta Mayor’s office, International Firefighters Training Association President Bret Russell, Vice President Wilber Guerra and Puerto Vallarta Fire Chief Adrian Bobadilla presented the Mayor of Puerto Vallarta, Ing. Arturo Dávalos Peña with an official IFTA shirt, along with an IFTA challenge coin and coffee mug.
